As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be essential in helping customers resolve technical issues while providing top-notch service. Your role will involve working directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Technical Support:** Assist customers with product-related issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps to resolve their concerns effectively.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical information to customers.
