education

• diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/instrumentation(preferable)

• ms-cit (for basic computer knowledge) certification is not mandatory.

requirements

• good verbal and written communication skill

• must have basic panel wiring knowledge

• willing to go on-site

• driving license is mandatory.

roles & responsibilities

• conduct machine trials.

• prepare trial reports and other customer support process documents.

• diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues either by taking remote access or by visiting customer place.

• communicate clients via call, e-mail, sms.

• properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

• resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.
