Education
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation(Preferable)
• MS-CIT (For basic computer knowledge) Certification is not mandatory.
Requirements
• Good Verbal and Written communication skill
• Must have basic panel wiring knowledge
• Willing to go On-site
• Driving license is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct machine trials.
• Prepare trial reports and other Customer Support process documents.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues either by taking remote access or by visiting customer place.
• Communicate clients via call, E-Mail, SMS.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.
