Looking For Logistics Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end export shipment process for V H World Exim. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other customs-related papers.

€¢ Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and freight forwarders for booking and shipment execution.

€¢ Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery.

€¢ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export policies.

€¢ Manage logistics costs, freight negotiations, and timely payments.

€¢ Liaise with buyers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and updates on shipments.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of export data, shipping details, and inventory movements.

€¢ Assist in export-related audits and documentation control.

Preferred Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.

€¢ Minimum 1€“5 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination.

€¢ Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export procedures, and customs clearance.

€¢ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

€¢ Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

€¢ Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
