Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate insurance business.Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.Train and motivate bank branch staff on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.Identify potential customers from the bank database and assist in lead generation.Conduct regular branch visits, customer meetings, and sales calls.Handle queries, provide post-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.Key Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales orientation and customer handling ability.Ability to influence and build relationships with bank staff.Self-motivated and target-driven.Knowledge of life insurance products preferred.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate / Post-Graduate (Any Stream).1 - 5 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI sector).
