Required Skills and QualificationsProven Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Sales Executive or in a similar relevant sales role.Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven approach.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and MS Office Suite.Business Acumen: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, as well as general business principles.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and driven by targets.High degree of resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection.Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.Education: A high school degree is typically required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field may be preferred, especially for technical or specialized sales roles.
