We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team in Patia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and a passion for preparing authentic tandoori dishes. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Preparation of Tandoori Dishes:** You will be responsible for marinating meats, vegetables, and breads to create flavorful tandoori dishes. This includes using traditional spices and techniques to enhance taste.- **Operation of Tandoor Oven:** You will expertly operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring that it is always at the right temperature for cooking. Proper functioning of the oven is crucial for perfect cooking results.- **Menu Development:** You will assist in creating and updating the tandoor section of our menu, suggesting new dishes and flavors that appeal to our customers.- **Quality Control:** You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
