Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales. Inbound Call Handling:Answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information. Sales and Lead Generation:Identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales deals over the phone. Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions. Sales Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Product Knowledge:Understanding the company's products and services to effectively communicate with customers. Essential Skills:Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport, and persuade customers. Sales: Experience in sales, ability to close deals, and overcome objections. Customer Service: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customers.
