ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create processes underlining decision parameters, documentation required and operationalprocesses for education loans within a defined TAT. Candidate should be well versed with KYC norms and policies/guidelines. Drive customer sales and service efficiency to achieve targets. Handling Outbound Sales and inbound calls from educational institute partners/Cold callingand others to explain and counsel to students for abroad education. Resolving customer issues/queries and complaints and providing end-to-end solution.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management,business analytics or operation management. Candidate with minimum of 1 Year of experience in Banking Operations/customerservice/Helpdesk.PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with fintech/banks/NBFCs preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environmentADDITIONAL NOTES Understanding/experience of education lending industry would be a big plus.
