The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services and processes. This role will manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Support managers in resolving employee relations issues and promoting a positive work environment.Performance ManagementAssist in performance review processes and goal-setting cycles.Support managers and employees in performance improvement initiatives.Compensation & BenefitsAdminister employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.Compliance & HR PoliciesMaintain compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.Update and implement HR policies and procedures as needed.HR AdministrationMaintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training sessions and track employee participation.Assist in identifying skill gaps and career development needs.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE CONTACT US: 9059052066
