Client Acquisition & Lead GenerationIdentify and secure new business opportunities across industries (IT, Non-IT, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.)Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platformsConduct client meetings, presentations, and effectively pitch recruitment services2. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makersManage key client accounts ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business3. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targetsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities4. Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissionsCoordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, branding, and business visibility5.
