Job Description: Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when Ensure requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional events Ensure adherence to laws and policies Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers Visiting potential customers for new business Making accurate, rapid cost calculations Coordinate with sales Team Providing customers with quotations Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Gathering market and customer information Providing feedback on future buying trends Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Liaising with clients to check on the progress of existing orders Checking quantities of PO/SO Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office Reviewing sales performance, against targets as gain experience Preparation of Weekly/ Fortnightly / Monthly sales report
