job description:

· coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

· respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when ensure requested

· store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

· handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

· inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

· monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

· assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional events

· ensure adherence to laws and policies

· maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers

· visiting potential customers for new business

· making accurate, rapid cost calculations

· coordinate with sales team

· providing customers with quotations

· negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

· gathering market and customer information

· providing feedback on future buying trends

· representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

· liaising with clients to check on the progress of existing orders

· checking quantities of po/so

· recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office

· reviewing sales performance, against targets as gain experience

· preparation of weekly/ fortnightly / monthly sales report
