Key responsibilities as an HR Admin ExecutiveHandling day-to-day HR & Admin-related inquiries/queries.Coordination for interviews with candidates, universities, institutes for the meeting, clarifying interview processes, regular updates, etc.Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize important tasks.Assist management & staff for the routine tasks.Handling social media posting & engagements - once in a whileVisiting vendors for hardware, software supportMaintenance & upkeep of the office premises.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataOverseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment by close coordination with brand service centers, vendors etc.Maintaining inventory of hardware, utilities, office supplies, etc. track stock and re-order when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedRequirements for an HR Admin ExecutiveCandidate should have good communication skills, presentable, this role also has 50% admin hence candidate should have experience in both HR & Admin, MALE preferred, considering it requires a commute once in a whileExceptionally well organized, structured, and efficient taskmasterFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic business operations activitiesWilling to take on any & every responsibility, drive with determination and strong will.Ambitious and goal-orientedDiploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredSoft SkillsProficiency in EnglishEfficient taskmasterSelf-reliant and quick learnerBasic understanding of IT business operations
