We are looking to hire an experienced Back Office Assistant to join our busy back-office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.Back Office Assistant Responsibilities:*Performing market research.*Gathering and processing research data.*Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.*Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.*Assisting the Front Office team.*Assisting with inventory control.*Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.*Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.*Assisting and supporting management.Back Office Assistant Requirements:*Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.*Previous work experience as an Office Executive.*Excellent organizational skills.*Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.*Working knowledge of CRM platforms.*Ability to work as part of a team.*High-level has written and verbal communication skills.*Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.*Familiarity with market research techniques.

The back office is the portion of a company made up of administration and support personnel who are not client-facing. Back-office functions include settlements, clearances, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and IT services.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with any disciplineShould be exposed to PC Skills specifically MS-Office and InternetKnowledge of medical terminology will be considered as an additional advantageWork Mode Full time

Set up all applicant files by reviewing application for completion, accuracy of data entry and upload process Maintain all applicant files; coordinating the filing of transcripts, letters of recommendations and test scores for applicants and prospective students Keep records, maintain database and input applicant information with necessary status updates Responsible for creation and maintenance of communication system at each stage of application process (i.e. acknowledgment of materials received, items still needed, admissions notification, reminders of deadlines, wait list status, etc.) Communicate with students on the waitlist; maintain waitlist data and provide reports to senior team Works closely with Admissions Information Systems Manager and Associate Dean of Admission to ensure smooth processing and constant improvement promoting efficiencies and identifying inefficiencies Trains and oversees co-workers during the heavy seasonal application filing periods Prepares confirmed students files for transition to student records Manages the documentation of application materials to paperless system

1. Entry of indent in PR/SR Register2. Opening of Files and Checking of documents required alongwith of PR/SR.3. Checking of Vetted documents with PR/SR.4. Assistance for all other Store & Purchase activities.5. Data Entry in Computer.6. Preparation of documents in Excel file/Microsoft word.7. Create PR/PO in SAP as and when required.
