Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Booking & ReservationsBook domestic and international flight tickets for customers.Use airline reservation systems such as GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability.Customer AssistanceAssist customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.Handle passenger inquiries through phone, email, or in person.Guide customers about airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.Ticket IssuanceIssue e-tickets and boarding passes.Verify passenger information and travel documents.Process ticket refunds and exchanges when required.Fare CalculationCalculate ticket fares, taxes, and additional charges.Provide the best available fare options to customers.DocumentationMaintain records of bookings and payments.Update passenger details in reservation systems.CoordinationCoordinate with airlines, travel agents, and airport staff.Assist with group bookings and corporate travel arrangements.4.
