Job OverviewAn Air Hostess (Cabin Crew) is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. They provide in-flight services, handle passenger queries, and maintain safety standards while representing the airlines brand professionally. The role requires excellent communication, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage emergencies effectively.Key Responsibilities Safety & Security DutiesConduct pre-flight checks of emergency and safety equipment.Demonstrate and explain safety procedures and emergency protocols to passengers.Ensure passenger compliance with seat belt, baggage, and electronic device regulations.Administer first aid and manage emergencies when necessary.Coordinate with pilots and ground staff regarding safety or security issues. Passenger ServiceWelcome passengers onboard and assist with seating and cabin orientation.Provide in-flight services, including meals, beverages, and duty-free sales.Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly passengers, children, or passengers with disabilities.Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.Maintain passenger comfort and ensure a positive in-flight experience.
