Administrative & Financial Management: Manage the school's budget, resources, and infrastructure efficiently and effectively. Ensure the school's operational compliance with all regulatory bodies and educational laws in India. Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management of high-quality faculty and staff.4. Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building: Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the wider community. Serve as the primary spokesperson and brand ambassador for the school. Effectively communicate the schools achievements and goals to all stakeholders.5. Student Life & Well-being: Champion a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture that supports the holistic development of every student. Promote student leadership, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.Qualifications & Experience: A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Ph.D. will be highly advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice-Principal, Head of School) in a reputable institution. In-depth knowledge and a proven track record with the [mention specific curriculum, e.g., IB, CBSE].
