The picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipping or distribution according to customer orders. This involves retrieving items from shelves or storage, ensuring correct quantities, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key requirements. Accurately select items based on order slips, invoices, or digital orders. Retrieve items from shelves or storage areas using manual or equipment such as hand operated hydraulic trolley Verify the quantity and quality of items picked to ensure orders are accurate and complete.Load and unload order products into Delivery vans.

main responsibilities are to make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for properties, provide information, schedule property viewings, and follow up on inquiries to support the sales team Make outbound calls to introduce property listings and engage with potential clients. Effectively address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads : Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable product or service solutions to close sales.

Surveillance & Monitoring:Patrol the premises regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, and disturbances.Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.Access Control & Customer Assistance:Check entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.Assist visitors and staff with inquiries and provide directions.Emergency Response:Respond to alarms, security incidents, or medical emergencies.Coordinate with local law enforcement and mall management in case of emergencies.Theft Prevention & Loss Control:Identify and prevent shoplifting, fraud, or unauthorized activities.Work with store employees to handle security-related issues.Report Writing & Documentation:Maintain logs of daily activities and report incidents to supervisors.Submit detailed incident reports when necessary.
