Job Description

surveillance & monitoring:

patrol the premises regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, and disturbances.

monitor cctv cameras and report suspicious activities.

access control & customer assistance:

check entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.

assist visitors and staff with inquiries and provide directions.

emergency response:

respond to alarms, security incidents, or medical emergencies.

coordinate with local law enforcement and mall management in case of emergencies.

theft prevention & loss control:

identify and prevent shoplifting, fraud, or unauthorized activities.

work with store employees to handle security-related issues.

report writing & documentation:

maintain logs of daily activities and report incidents to supervisors.

submit detailed incident reports when necessary.
