Job Description

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. You will be required to explain products or services, answer questions, and provide information to customers. Additionally, you will need to maintain a record of calls made and follow-up as needed.

Key responsibilities include making cold calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, handling customer queries and feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will also need to meet daily call targets and work towards achieving sales goals set by the team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important for success in this role.
