key responsibilities:

business development: identify, engage, and acquire new clients for digital marketing and technology services.

sales strategy: develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

lead generation & conversion: generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, etc.).

consultative selling: understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing and technology solutions.

market research: stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

collaboration: work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

reporting & analysis: track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.

key skills & qualifications:

bachelor's/masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing/technology sales.

strong understanding of seo, ppc, social media marketing, web development, crm, and other digital solutions.

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

proficiency in crm tools and sales automation platforms.
