Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for digital marketing and technology services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, etc.).
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing and technology solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing/technology sales.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, CRM, and other digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
