Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for digital marketing and technology services.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, etc.).Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing and technology solutions.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing/technology sales.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, CRM, and other digital solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

* 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (CRM, ERP, websites, mobile apps). * Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. * Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in digital marketing sales (SEO, digital advertising) is a plus.
