Profile - Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
— Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for the assigned region or market segment.
— Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
— Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and other channels.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
— Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
— Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
— Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
— Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements:-
— Bachelor€™s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
— 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
— Strong leadership and team management skills.
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
— Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
— Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
