Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of online marketplaces, basic knowledge of Shopify, and strong communication skills. You will manage product listings, order coordination, customer support, and assist with the day-to-day operations of our online business. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce ManagementHandle daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.Upload new SKUs, images, and product details.Assist with catalogue management and content accuracy.Order & Operations SupportCoordinate with warehouse/operations team for order processing and dispatch.Track and manage daily orders and ensure timely delivery.Handle return, refund, and replacement cases.Customer ServiceRespond to customer queries through email, WhatsApp, and calls.Resolve complaints professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.Marketing & Website SupportSupport the marketing team with basic website edits on Shopify.Upload banners, collections, discounts, and assist during sale campaigns.Conduct basic reporting such as sales summary, product performance, etc. RequirementsFemale candidates onlyMinimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce (preferred) / Freshers willing to learn are also welcome.Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learnGood communication skills in English & HindiStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Email) What We OfferFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunity to learn Shopify and advanced e-commerce operationsGrowth opportunity in a fast-growing tech accessories brandSalary based on experience + performance bonuses
