Requirements and Expectations for Team Leaders (TL) at Scanning Centers
Daily Responsibilities
1. Punctuality & Attendance
Report on time to your assigned Scanning Center.
Accurately complete the daily attendance link, including in and out times this will be used for time tracking and payroll.
Wear formal attire daily to maintain a professional environment.
2. Collaboration & Professional Relationships
Engage daily with the College Scanning Center Officer to build and maintain a strong professional relationship.
Foster a positive rapport to facilitate support for:
o CCTV installation
o Manpower arrangements
o Allocation of physical space and other logistics
3. Manpower & Discipline Management
Recruit and manage a minimum of 25 operators per center for the upcoming project.
o Collect complete profiles: Contact details, Age Verification (must be 18+), and Bank Details of each operator.
Monitor operator attendance and ensure adherence to workplace discipline.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in both soft and hard copies, including:
o Aadhar Card
o PAN Card
o Educational Qualifications
o Updated Resume
Ensure records are compliant with MSBTE or other project-specific standards.

Problem Solving & Initiative
4. Hardware & Software Knowledge
Possess basic troubleshooting skills to address minor hardware/software issues at the center.
5. Purchases & Procurement
Take initiative in procuring essential items such as:
o Chairs
o Tables
o Stationery
Visit local markets to compare prices and collect itemized bills for all purchases.
Identify and document contact information for local vendors supplying DG (Diesel Generator) Backup:
o Collect 45 quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
6. Information Accuracy & Responsiveness
Stay alert to updates and communications.
Respond promptly and accurately to messages to ensure seamless operations and prevent miscommunication.

Backup Planning & Travel Requirements
7. Backup Training
Train at least two team member to independently manage the center in your absence.
8. Flexibility & Multiple Projects
Be willing to travel out of station when required for project needs.
Capably manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Work Schedule & Leave Policy
Working hours during project execution: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
TLs must be on time daily at the center late arrivals may result in non-payment for the day.
Leave requests must be submitted via official email at least 10 days in advance.
