Process Executive

The roles and responsibilities

• Creating a positive brand image and awareness for Just See among new prospective clients (SMEs).

• Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.

• Explain the advantages and features of the service being sold in order to stimulate the interest of the customer interest.

• Answer customer questions about the services being offered.

• Helps the customer make a decision by providing information about variables and options.

• Explain products or services and prices.

• Computes estimate or final sale price and presents it to customer.

• Coordination with the Marketing executive and the client until the deal has been closed.

• Meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.

• Maintaining Follow Up data.

• Working on follow up data.

• Keeping MIS and data up-to-date for future decisions.

• Giving Feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients.

• Desired Competencies: Knowledge-

• Basic knowledge of the methods involved in promoting and selling products or services

• Basic computer knowledge in English and Tamil Regional Language

• Skills- Judging human behaviour and accordingly molding the sales pitch

• Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate the needs and wishes of customer.

• Listening to what the customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate

• The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer

• Attitude-

• Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques

• Experience-Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.
