the roles and responsibilities

• creating a positive brand image and awareness for just see among new prospective clients (smes).

• contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.

• explain the advantages and features of the service being sold in order to stimulate the interest of the customer interest.

• answer customer questions about the services being offered.

• helps the customer make a decision by providing information about variables and options.

• explain products or services and prices.

• computes estimate or final sale price and presents it to customer.

• coordination with the marketing executive and the client until the deal has been closed.

• meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.

• maintaining follow up data.

• working on follow up data.

• keeping mis and data up-to-date for future decisions.

• giving feedback to team lead on prospects or follow up clients.

• desired competencies: knowledge-

• basic knowledge of the methods involved in promoting and selling products or services

• basic computer knowledge in english and tamil regional language

• skills- judging human behaviour and accordingly molding the sales pitch

• interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate the needs and wishes of customer.

• listening to what the customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate

• the ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer

• attitude-

• sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques

• experience-outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.
