The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, identifying business funding requirements, generating qualified leads and supporting our sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities.We have existing business data and tie-ups with builders and other businesses. Candidates will also be required to research, extract and organise additional business information from relevant online sources, directories and publicly available platforms.### Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business owners.- Contact builder firms, contractors, property developers, manufacturers, traders and MSMEs to understand their financing requirements.- Generate leads for business loans, working capital, CC, OD, machinery finance and other business funding products.- Research and extract relevant business data from online directories, websites, social media and other permitted sources.- Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-ups and client information in Excel or CRM software.- Qualify prospects based on business activity, funding requirements, turnover and eligibility indicators.- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the senior sales team.- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.- Maintain professional communication and handle customer information confidentially.### Candidate Requirements- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.- Ability to conduct online research and organise data accurately.- Freshers may apply; prior telecalling, sales or lead-generation experience is an advantage.- A proactive attitude, confidence and willingness to work towards targets.### CompensationSalary: As per experience and interview, with performance-based incentives.Interested candidates can apply with their resume and contact details.
