As a Tele Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Your key responsibilities will include contacting leads, explaining product features, answering customer questions, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will need to maintain records of sales activities, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets set by the company. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle rejection positively, and have a strong sales orientation. A successful Tele Sales Officer should also be goal-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. A graduate degree and previous experience in sales or telemarketing would be beneficial for this position.
