The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for our real estate project. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Customer Outreach:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.Respond to inquiries received through calls, emails, or social media.Lead Generation:Explain project features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate options (1 BHK, 2 BHK, or 3 BHK apartments).Capture and maintain accurate records of conversations in the CRM system.Appointment Scheduling:Schedule site visits with prospective buyers and coordinate with the sales team.Provide customers with necessary details like location, project timeline, and amenities.Customer Relationship Management:Follow up with leads to nurture interest and close sales.Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Reporting & Feedback:Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.Share customer feedback with management for process improvement.Key Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred but not mandatory.Proficiency in using CRM tools or databases is an advantage.Persuasive and confident approach to customer interactions.Work Schedule:Full-timeLocation: Kota, RajasthanOffice Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (may vary based on business requirements)What We Offer:Competitive salary with attractive incentives.Professional training and support.Opportunity to grow within the organization.
