Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and shortlisting resumes. Ready to learn new technologies. Familiarity with recruitment tools, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software are advantageous.Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
