Undertake diligent techno-commercial negotiation with the vendors on all matters like type of requirements, scope of work, pricing, payment milestones, secured transactions, minimum or no transit loss etc. - Procurement: Lead vendor management negotiations, issue purchase orders and rate contracts. Track & report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Managerial -Market Intelligence: Assisting Commercial Incharge in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to Annual Business Plan and support Business Team in achieving the ABP targets. - Business Coordination: Coordinating with S&M Team for smooth dispatch of material by collaborating with crossfunctional teams in day-to-day operations which will include coordinating with different functions and ensuring smooth functioning of commercial activities. - Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis of commercial Function.
