techno-commercial negotiation with the vendors on all matters like type of requirements, scope of work, pricing, payment
milestones, secured transactions, minimum or no transit loss etc.
- procurement: lead vendor management negotiations, issue purchase orders and rate contracts. track & report key
functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
managerial
-market intelligence: assisting commercial incharge in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to
annual business plan and support business team in achieving the abp targets.
- business coordination: coordinating with s&m team for smooth dispatch of material by collaborating with crossfunctional teams in day-to-day operations which will include coordinating with different functions and ensuring smooth
functioning of commercial activities.
- reporting and analysis: preparing reports, presentations, and analysis of commercial function. providing insights and
recommendations based on the data collected.
