We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Amravati, India. As a Field Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include visiting potential customers in person to promote our products or services, establishing new business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently. A high school diploma or equivalent (12th pass) is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:Spearheading the expansion of UPVC profile system sales to fabricators, driving growth in primary sales and boosting window business through secondary sales channels.Proven expertise in uPVC profile systems is essential.Maximizing sales leads for higher conversion rates, establishing strong customer relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and leading teams effectively.Experience in senior managerial roles is required.Enhancing existing sales channels, promoting the brand, and securing a larger share of corporate sales to increase overall revenue.Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of uPVC profiles.Accountable for achieving sales targets and revenue realization.In-depth knowledge and experience in market dynamics.Prior experience in the building materials sector is preferred.Communication Skills:Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- 1. Handle and follow company processes2. Drive distribution and channel sales targets and achieve assigned targets month over month3. Research and implement different ways to sell products through routine market visits4. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics5. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions6. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvements
