We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be assisting in identifying new business opportunities or prospects via various channels. Lead Generation efforts include generating credible leads and qualifying them for sales opportunities for our Sales team.Responsibilities:Generate Leads / Prospects via different channels (Cold calls, Email Marketing and Campaigns, Social reach out via LinkedIn etc.)Scrape/surf the web to find potential leadsResponsible for nurturing new prospects, identifying business opportunities, connecting prospects for a call/meeting with the team.Engage with HR Senior level contacts of midsize and large companies.Making outbound sales calls and understand customer requirements, pitching accordingly and fixing appointments for meetings.Regular follow ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest.Accurately record and enhance prospect information in our CRM system.Work with management to continually improve the lead qualifying and reporting processesSkills Requirements:1-2yrs of experience in a similar role would be preferableStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent communications skills both oral and writtenExcellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to achieve targetsStrong reporting skills
