Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely updates to senior management regarding sales achievements, challenges, and future prospects. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitable business deals. Review and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to sales transactions. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products, excellent service, and timely support. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Co-ordinate with dispatch team.
