Telemarketing: Engage with customers to generate leads and promote our services.2. Field Work & Sample Collection: Conduct on-site visits to collect commodity samples and understand customer requirements.3. Handling Hot Sales Inquiries: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries from potential customers and collect accurate product details.4. Supply & Demand Management: Monitor and manage the balance between product supply and customer demand to optimise sales performance.5. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers and conduct surveys or follow-ups.Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through conversations and collect relevant information.Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and meet team targets.Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and customer feedback.

Experience: A maximum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or related roles, preferably in a SAAS environment, is highly desirable. ( If you have more than 2 years of experience, kindly refrain from applying. We are looking to fill in a junior position only)Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAAS products and cloud-based technologies is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical customers.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively. Ability to think on your feet and make decisions independently.Customer-Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
