1. Total experience should not be more than 3.6 years (42 months).2. Minimum sales experience should be 6 months ( or recent 6 months sales experience)3. Max sales experience should not be more than 3.6 years.4. Age limit :- 27 years 11 months5. Graduation is mandatory6. MBA candidate - Max Experience should be upto 2 years only.7. *Current or previous CTC of the candidate should be less than 5 Lpa*8. Package : *5 lpa + 3 lpa variable (currently for WFH)*Field sales package : 5 lpa + 3 lpa + 2 lacs direct sales allowance9. Maximum recent gap of 6 months is considerable.
