This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.About Company:Excel Tools & AutomationsRole Summary:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding market reach, developing new customers, and providing technical solutions that improve customer productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals- Develop new customers and manage existing accounts- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions- Identify customer needs and propose value-based solutions- Handle commercial negotiations and close sales- Build and maintain strong customer relationshipsRequired Skills:- Basic knowledge of metal cutting and CNC machining- Understanding of cutting tools, coolants, and metal cutting oil management- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Commercial negotiation and value-selling capability- Basic understanding of sales processesAdditional information:- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial / technical sales, preferably in metal cutting or manufacturing-related products- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields- Prior experience in industrial or technical sales preferred- Willingness to travel within assigned territory- Monday to Saturday
