Role Summary:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding market reach, developing new customers, and providing technical solutions that improve customer productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop new customers and manage existing accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions
- Identify customer needs and propose value-based solutions
- Handle commercial negotiations and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of metal cutting and CNC machining
- Understanding of cutting tools, coolants, and metal cutting oil management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial negotiation and value-selling capability
- Basic understanding of sales processes
Additional information:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial / technical sales, preferably in metal cutting or manufacturing-related products
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields
- Prior experience in industrial or technical sales preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Monday to Saturday
