Track project progress and ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly to avoid delays.12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.13. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with both the technical and commercial aspects of the projects.14. Act as a liaison to resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.15. Provide ongoing support and solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.16. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.17. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients by analyzing market needs.18. Help define pricing strategies based on technical and market data to ensure competitiveness.
