Quotations, dispatch handle

- Responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance, handling customer inquiries, and preparing sales-related documentation. This includes managing schedules, tracking sales leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets. This involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying potential new business prospects.- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase products and services to potential customers. This includes coordinating logistics, preparing marketing materials, and providing on-site support during the events.- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online chats to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with their purchases. This requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and communication logs in the company's database.
