Position: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocations: Pondicherry and ChennaiExperience: 1-2 years or 5 yearsIndustry: Construction / Prefabricated Solutions / ArchitectureJob Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Execution:Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals in the construction and prefabricated solutions industry.Identify potential clients and markets, and approach new leads through direct contact, email, or phone.Marketing Initiatives:Support marketing campaigns, including social media, digital marketing, and events.Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and advertisements.Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while building new client bases in Pondicherry and Chennai.Regular follow-ups and communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new marketing trends.Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve the business's market position.Sales Reporting:Maintain records of sales activities, and generate regular reports for management review.Track performance against targets and suggest improvement strategies.On-site Visits:Occasionally visit construction sites or client offices to better understand client requirements and showcase products.Required Skills:Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.Basic understanding of sales strategies and marketing principles.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in digital marketing or construction industries is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Qualifications:Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
