Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit objectives.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team, including setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback.Sales Planning: Create sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
