Urgent hiring for Project Planning ManagerConsolidated Reporting & Monitoring Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated reports for all projects, with special focus on consultants deliverables and drawing submissions. Track progress against timelines and highlight delays or bottlenecks. Escalate critical pending issues to the CEO in a timely manner. Consultant Coordination Serve as the nodal point of contact for multiple consultants (architects, structural, MEP, interiors, landscape, etc.) across projects. Maintain strong professional relationships while ensuring accountability and timely deliverables. Ensure that drawing schedules are tracked, reviewed, and reported accurately. Project Head Support Support project heads (Basil Woods, Eco-Village, Heritage Tower) by consolidating consultant inputs and ensuring smoother coordination. Raise early alarms wherever project heads or consultants are lagging, and ensure corrective action is initiated. Technical & Documentation Oversight Maintain a clear and updated list of all drawings required for each project. Ensure all drawings, revisions, and approvals are tracked systematically. Understand technical requirements sufficiently to ensure correctness of reports and consultant deliverables. Tools & Systems Use Excel, project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent), and ERP tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting. Introduce better monitoring tools and reporting dashboards for efficiency. Preferred Candidate Profile : Experience in NGOs, charitable foundations, or mission-driven organizations. Strong ability to develop strategic frameworks and manage cross-functional teams. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to organizational goals. Strong ability to coordinate with multiple senior stakeholders (project heads, consultants, HODs). Excellent relationship managementable to balance firmness with diplomacy to push without friction. Proactive issue-spotting and on-time escalation. Ability to interpret and track technical drawings, BOQs, and consultant deliverables. Strong reporting and analytical skills; clear, structured presentation of consolidated information. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), and ERP systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Qualifications & Skills Required : Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Architecture / Construction Management) preferred. MBA (Project Management / Operations) is a plus.
