Your expertise in project planning, scheduling, and financial management will contribute to the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budgets.Job Location: MumbaiResponsibilities:Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers to create detailed project plans and schedules. Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and allocate resources effectively to achieve project milestones. Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks to optimize project timelines.Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for project activities, materials, and resources required. Contribute to the development of project budgets and forecasts. Track project expenses and analyze budget variations, providing insights and recommendations for cost control.Billing and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and timely progress invoices based on work completed and milestones achieved. Verify that billed amounts align with project contracts and agreements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records, including schedules, progress reports, and financial documentation. Generate regular reports on project status, including milestones achieved, work completed, and financial updates. Present project status reports to management and stakeholders as required.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues related to scheduling, resource allocation, and budget constraints. Collaborate with project teams to develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.Quality Assurance: Ensure project activities adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements. Participate in project reviews to assess whether work aligns with project plans and specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, procurement teams, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical expertise and guidance on project planning, scheduling, and financial matters.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, Billing Engineer, or similar role in the construction or engineering industry. Proficiency in project management software, such as AutoCad, Microsoft Project, SAP, PrimeVera or similar tools. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling techniques, and cost control principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
