role description

this is a full-time on-site role for a senior sales manager located in noida. the senior sales manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth. responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, forecasting and reporting sales performance, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. the senior sales manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff.

key responsibilities

lead and manage the overall sales strategy and operations for the noida location.

build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance kpis.

analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop strategic plans.

collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

requirements

bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (mba preferred).

minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.

proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
