We are hiring for Marketing Project Head for a very reputed transformer manufacturer company. Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects Manages project budgets by monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, andmaintaining financial discipline within project constraints. Ensures all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards in line with company andregulatory requirements. Works closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to align project goals,track progress, and resolve any cross-functional challenges. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring clear communication,managing expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans. Manages project issues as they ariseand ensures minimal impact on project timelines Ensures timelines are met for all projects in alignment with the defined HSE and quality standards andlooks into timely delivery of all projects to the customers Maintains accurate project records, prepares regular project status reports, and provides insights andupdates to management on project performance. Periodic assessment of team members by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identifyinggaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
