Wordstag, a startup in the field of linguistic and media localization services, is looking to hire a full time project manager.As a project manager, your job would entail :1) Sourcing and hiring linguists for specific and general linguistic tasks.2) Co-ordinating the projects received and assigning them to relevant resources, coordinating with the resources to get the projects delivered in time.3) Maintaining schedules and project deliverables, constantly updating the same.4) Assisting senior project manager in his / her tasks.1 or 2 years of experience in translation & localization industry would be PREFERRED, but it is not NECESSARYSkills required :1) Absolute ease with computers and technologies2) Ability to learn quickly with various softwares, tools & technologies.3) People skill to recruit, onboard, maintain relationships with resources.4) Eye for detail to deliver error-free projects.5) Absolutely fluent with English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other languages will be a big plus.This is a full time job to be performed from our office in Jagatpur Area, Off SG Highway, Ahmedabad. WFH is NOT ALLOWED.We work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm. - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.- Help prepare budgets.- Analyze risks and opportunities.- Oversee project procurement management.- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Overall communication and co-ordination with internal stakeholder and client.2) Meeting with all stakeholders (internal and external).3) Negotiation with client during project execution.4) Prepare and Maintain Project documentation record.5) Monitoring and tracking of overall project progress.

Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Supervise the project procurement process. Meeting with project team to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has whats needed at the right time. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand whats expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables. Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle. Help project managers monitor project progress, creating project reports, team members performance and provide updates to Management. Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary and analyse risks and opportunities Candidate should able to prepare Technical Data Sheet as well Design basis report. Candidate should have Excellence in Microsoft Excel, Presentation, Ms-Word. Candidate should have basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
