SOME BASIC KRAS: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, understanding their businessobjectives, and aligning them with the digital marketing services offered by thecompany. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' marketing needs and goals,understanding their target audience, industry, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing specialists, to developstrategic digital marketing plans tailored to meet the unique requirements of eachclient. Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuringeffective and transparent communication.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Strong organizational skills or project management. Good practical understanding & ability to learn new software and hardwarequickly. Public relations, community management, marketing, and sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertisingagency. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionableinsights. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Shift Timing : Monday to Saturday-10 am - 7 pm (day Shift) & 7:45 Pm - 4:45 Am (night Shift)- Candidate should be okay for both shifts.
