Role Summary

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive our direct sales function. The role involves lead conversion, client engagement, site visits, and deal closure. Candidates should be passionate about real estate, skilled in consultative selling, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end direct sales: lead handling, presentations, site visits, negotiations.

Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions.

Maintain updated knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends.

Use CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.

Coordinate with marketing and operations to enhance client experience.

Participate in promotional events and property expos.

Ensure sales process and documentation compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).

12 years of experience in direct sales (preferably in real estate).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a consultative sales approach.

Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and digital tools.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
